Results

The first time you visit the Results page for a project you've created, you will see the Results Settings page. Confirm or change any settings and click the Run Analysis button.

The analysis may take time to run. Once completed, you will see results reports available to view. TREDIS saves these results until you re-run them using new settings or edit input data.

From the Results Reports view, the results navigation bar allows you to switch between report categories or go back to settings to change the parameters used in the analysis.

If you want to re-run the analysis with new settings after it has been run the first time, click on the gear icon on the far left of the screen to open the Results Settings page.

Reports Available

Each named tab on this Results page corresponds to a suite of reports available after an analysis has been run:

  • Summary. A graphical snapshot of your project results.
  • Economic Impact. Details on the jobs, wages, business output, and value added economic impacts that are a result of the project modeled.
  • Benefit - Cost. Comprehensive details on the present value of the benefits and costs, benefit-cost ratios, environmental factors, performance metrics and the grant report for use in completing federal grant applications.
  • Financial Impact. Information on tax impacts, cost & revenue sharing, and investment return analyses.
  • Tracing/Validation. Details supporting the other reports in the system.
  • Equity. Equity context reports using data on the defined regions and results from other reports.
  • Freight. Details on freight activity. This section only available if you have Transearch or vFreight included in your TREDIS license and you have run freight analysis on your project.
