2026-08 Bug Fixes and Maintenance

Since the previous Bug Fixes & Maintenance Release Note (April 2026), the following changes have been made to TREDIS.

Contingent Development Expansion

Release Date: 5/12/26

The expansion of Contingent Development inputs for years not explicitly entered was fixed so that early years that were not entered are assumed to be zero, as per the documentation.

Summary Results Current Year Employment Bug

Release Date: 5/29/26

Prior to the fix, if the Construction Start Year was more than five years ahead of the Contract Year, Multi-Project Export & Summary would export a blank in the Constant Dollar year file. This is now fixed.

Comparison Tool Hovers

Release Date: 5/29/26

In the Comparison tool, the data visible by hovering over data points has been improved.

O & M Reporting on Economic Impact

Release Date: 5/29/26

In Economic Impact reports, where you could filter impacts by Source of Impact, the option for O and M has been added. Previously, the O and M impacts were combined with Construction impacts, but now they are reported separately.

Contract Year on Exports

Release Date: 7/13/26

For the Back-up Project Inputs export, the Multi-Run & Summary Results export and the Detailed Results export, the contract year for the project exported has been added to the spreadsheet.
